Spent Xmas at a hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and lights. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous shopping street and delicious local restaurants. The hotel had a cozy bar serving hot cocoa which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the basic necessities.
The room was extremely small, there was hardly any space to move around. The bathroom was also tiny and had a strange odor.

During my stay, I was very impressed by the hotel staff's excellent customer service. The front office staff did his utmost to help me every step of the way, making sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable, showing attention to detail and high-quality standards. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were top-notch and contributed to my overall experience.
Couldn't stay longer in this city.
